We are looking for a team of social media representatives to help increase the reach of the Elevate(her) message, and create visual role models for the next generation of women in aviation. These new role models will be the Elevate(hers)!

You do not need to be a pilot to apply! we would love to hear from engineers, air traffic controllers, student pilots as well as all other roles within aviation! 

Applications will close on the 1st of October 2024.

The Elevate(hers) Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2 x collaboration posts a month. Posts can be for anything aviation related, engineering, studying, flying, attending aviation events etc. 
• You will be required to share the link to our blogs on Instagram. 
• The ability for you to engage in future events and promotional events, if available. 
• The Elevate(her) Team have permission to repost your aviation content / videos on the Elevate(her) social media channels. 
• Mandatory check in calls with all of the Elevate(hers) every 4-6 weeks. 

Our promise:

• We will provide Elevate(her) promotional items. 
• Promotion across our social media channels to our extensive network of aviation professionals and likeminded women in aviation. 
• You will be listed as one of our role models on a dedicated ‘role model’ webpage on the website
• You will have first access to any events and opportunities 
• You will also have the opportunity to give feedback on our efforts, and the ability to pitch any events,  initiatives, blogs, or collaborations to us.
